1. Policy

1.1 To give the service of child care for guardian by the expert on childhood
1.2 To promote the appropriate child development with their age and society
1.3 To promote the child’s health and the appropriate consumption

2. Rule for application

2.1 Accept one year old kid or older
2.2 Kid shall healthy
2.3 The nursery is responsible for nursing on the weekday (Monday to Friday) during
7.30 am – 5.00 pm. except the holiday
2.4 The nursery is open on Saturday and Sunday during 7.30 am – 5.00 pm. for nursing with
extra charge
2.5 The special nursing will be provided after 5 pm. but no later than 9.30 pm. with extra charge
2.6 Parent or guardian shall fill the application the together with the proof documentation

3. Proof Documentation for Application

3.1 Copy of birth certificate
3.2 Copy of
3.3 Copy of identification/passport of parent or guardian or officer identification of parent or guardian
3.4 2 Photographs of kid, father, mother and guardian

4. Parent or guardian shall prepare the following items for your kid:

4.1 Reserve 2 set of outfits (activity and dormant);
4.2 The 3 Nursing bottles;
4.3 A canned milk-powder or Please measure the milk-powder as per day consumption and give
to us every morning;
4.4 The 2 pieces of Diaper for a day;
4.5 A towel (returned every Friday).

5. Payment

5.1 A payment of 2 months nursing service shall be paid at first together with primarily charge paid
at the time of application;
5.2 A nursing service shall be paid every 2 month and shall be paid 15 days before the payment
due date (the administrative will notify in advance);
5.3 A payment shall be made with cash to the financial staff.

6. Service rates

6.1 The cost of services is categorized in proportion of teacher and kid as follows:

- A teacher per 4 kids (age 1-2 years old)	7,500 Baht/month
- A teacher per 5 kids (age 2 years old and older)	7,000 Baht/month
- Primary charge	3,500 Baht (pay at once)

The primary charge will cover the set of 2 fitness outfits of Yiemnuch Daycare, a pillow case,
a bed sheet and a cotton bag.

7. Provided Services

7.1 Food
- Snack and milk 2 times a day (10.00 am. and 3.00 pm.)
The drinking milk is fresh milk came from Kasetsart University
- Lunch break
7.2 The activities to promote the kid’s development by mean of Play & Learn and Project Approach which will strengthen the muscle;
7.3 The interaction with the foreign expert on childhood;
7.4 Parent can keep close attention with the kid through the CCTV camera system that is connected to the Internet;
7.5 Where the accident or sickness happened to the kid, Yiemnuch Daycare will provide first aid and immediately send the kid to the contracted hospital. Then the notification to parent or guardian on such the case will immediately pursued.

8. Transportation Services

8.1 The transportation will be provided during the official time of 7.30 am. – 5 pm. If the parent request for the transportation in different period of official time, please make the advance inform to the nursery in order to prepare the staff for taking care the kid. The extra charge of 100 Baht per hour will be applied when the transportation in different period of official time requested;
8.2 Where parent wish to pick up the kid, the signature of parent shall be recorded on the transportation history book every time of pick up. The picking up made by a person other than parent, the written explanation from parent shall be made and shown to the staff.

9. Privacy Information

The privacy information such as personal history, health, and family status shall be filled on the application form for the kid’s benefit.

10. Daily Information

Yiemnuch Daycare will send the kid’s daily report to the parent every day.
